Meet the team

My name is Melinda McGlothlin and I am your personal advisor here at Meridian Home Mortgage Corporation, home of CashNowRefi.com.

I was born in Baltimore, Maryland and was raised by my mother as an only child. Six years ago I moved to Hampstead, Maryland, a community I’ve found to be peaceful, quiet, and very family-oriented.

I love to read and listen to all kinds of music. I especially enjoy singing opera, classical, and musical theater. I have a Bachelor of Music from William Patterson University in New Jersey and a Master of Music from Manhattan School of Music. In my free time I sing at two synagogues and in operas and operettas. I also enjoy spending time with my husband, Greg, and our family and friends.

Prior to becoming a member of the Meridian team, I worked as an Account Executive for a national bank. I currently have 7 years of experience in the mortgage industry. My decision to work in this industry is embedded in my love for people and numbers. I was always great at math in school, and I like working with different kinds of people from all walks of life. I take pride in helping people make their dreams and goals a reality.
