Meet the Team

Please allow me to introduce myself, my name is Mark Manzo and I am a Personal Adviser here at Meridian Home Mortgage.

I was born in Bethesda, Maryland and I’ve lived in Maryland most of my life, except for the few years I lived in New York and Miami. I recently moved to Carroll County to be closer to work. I rent a beautiful house on a horse farm that I would like to purchase next year. I absolutely love the area; it is so peaceful and relaxing.

I enjoy spending my spare time outdoors, golfing, sailing, and skiing. Traveling is also one of my hobbies- especially to the beaches of Florida and Mexico and out West to ski. I’m looking forward to visiting Hawaii this year.

I currently have 12 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I was a loan officer for six years before becoming a business-to-business Account Executive. I was responsible for explaining my company’s loan programs and guidelines to loan officers and finance directors. From there, I worked in construction sales for one year after realizing it just wasn’t my niche. I went on to specialize in construction mortgages before becoming a member of the CashNowRefi team.

I decided to pursue a career in the mortgage business for several reasons. It is very satisfying to help people improve their financial situations or buy the home of their dreams. I also enjoy working as part of a team, one of the advantages of being a Personal Adviser at CashNowRefi.

As a Personal Adviser, I try to put myself in my clients’ shoes and imagine what would be the best option to make their life more manageable financially. My main objective is to work towards meeting my clients’ goal for their specific situation, and I actually enjoy it!
