Meet the Cash Now Refi Team

Here at Meridian Home Mortgage we provide you with a team of experts that is dedicated to working on your loan start to finish. Each member of our Cash Now Refi® team is a specialist in a specific area of the refinancing process. Together they work for you. It’s just one more reason why we have a 96% success rate in getting the loan that’s right for our customers.

To give you an idea of how each team member will be working for you, here is a brief description of their duties.

With our Cash Now Refi PASS your loan request is streamlined so the process is fast and easy. Your first point of contact will be with Tony Eckert, Dave Committe, Mark Manzo, Melinda McGlothlin, Johnny Miles, Ron "The Captain" Miles, or Tony Tucci . They are responsible for gathering pre-qualification information, recommending loan options that fit each individual borrower’s needs, solving any complicated issues and reviewing the Settlement Statement prior to closing.

Shannon is responsible for overseeing Finance, Pipeline and Support to ensure that all loans are in compliance, processed efficiently and delivered accurately and on time!

Shannon works to manage the loan operations from application to settlement and is always interested in learning how we can constantly improve our product delivery.

Brad , Dave and Lance are your loan pricing and product experts. They work to get you approved! They are committed to evaluating your objectives, reviewing application qualifiers (credit, income, equity, and assets), preparing loan options, troubleshooting approval challenges for solutions, and staying current with market trends.

The Pipeline Department represents loan processing ground zero. Their duties include maintaining frequent contact and status calls, requesting missing items, reviewing appraisals, title reports, and mortgage payoffs. They are primarily responsible solving any problems that arise during the underwriting stage, reviewing and clearing approval conditions and providing the final HUD-1 Settlement Statement to you for review prior to settlement.

Tammy, Jenna and Ali are your application and appraisal experts. They work to prepare and send you initial loan documents, conducting credit repairs (if needed), preparing loan files for processing and conducting customer satisfaction surveys.
